Refund Policy
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at support@upklass.com. Kindly ensure that you meet the following conditions:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 working days.
If you have paid a token amount to reserve your seat for the bootcamp, this amount is non-refundable, unless you cancel at least 14 days before the batch start date.
A 100% refund is available if you have not attended any sessions and cancel at least 14 days before the batch start date.
A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel your seat between 3-14 days before the batch start date.
No refunds will be granted if you cancel 0-3 days before the batch start date or after the batch has started.
Once the course has started, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted.
